Operating During COVID-19

At Aegis Foundry, our core values focus on putting family first and doing what’s right. Our top priority is the well-being of our employees, our customers, and the communities we serve.

In light of our federal government and our states declaring the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic to be a national emergency, we will begin to put our pandemic / flu plan in operation. For the next 2 weeks, the majority of our workforce will be working remotely, using tested processes and procedures. While there may be some adjustments required, we have prepared for this contingency and you should not see any changes in our service to your business during this time.

Your relationship management team, which includes the call center and your account manager, continue to be available through normal communication channels via email and phone. Please be assured that we will continue responding to calls as quickly as possible.
