Position – Developer

Location – REMOTE 

Aegis Foundry is looking to hire a developer to add to our growing development team to help with its next-generation restaurant point-of-sale system. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work effectively as part of a team, possesses good communication skills, loves learning new skills and solving new and interesting problems, and is capable of working remotely for extended periods of time, if not permanently.

Requirements

  • Must be legally able to work in the US, with US citizenship (natural born or naturalized) preferred

  • Must have reliable internet – Job is currently 100% remote.

  • 5-8 years of experience in software development

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with Python required

  • Minimum 4 years of experience with C# development required

  • Requires experience developing in the AWS technology stack, including RDS, Lambda, S3, and other technologies.

  • Experience with API integration and design required.

  • Knowledge of any of Elixer, Elm, and Go not required but preferred.

  • Experience with WPF a plus

  • Experience with SQL based relational databases preferred

  • Experience with functional programming methodology a plus

  • Experience with API integration and design a plus

  • Experience with docker or similar services a plus

  • MVVM Experience a plus

  • Experience in a restaurant or point of sale experience a plus

Position – Junior Developer

Location – REMOTE 

Aegis Foundry is looking for a budding programming wizard that wants to be part of the fast-paced world of a growing tech start-up to help with our next-generation restaurant point-of-sale.

The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, can work effectively as part of a team, possesses good communication skills, loves learning new skills and solving new and interesting problems, and is capable of working remotely for extended periods of time, if not permanently.


Requirements
